Entry tickets are compulsory for both children and adults (caretakers).
It is not allowed to leave a child with a guide.
Individual tickets are not subject to return; please make a considerate decision while buying.
Date and time of your visit are not subject to change after buying.
On the day of your visit you can buy tickets at our desk, as long as there still are free places.
If you have a discount code, remember to take a document with entitlement to discount. Discounts do not cover special events like balls, workshops etc.
